RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATION POLICY

Here at Brelleza we understand that emergencies occur and come unexpectedly and we will always try our best to be understanding of every situation. We also value our Esthetician's and Tattoo Artist's time and ask that clients please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours prior to their scheduled appointment. RESCHEDULED appointments will automatically be charged a $25 fee and CANCELLATIONS will automatically be charged 50% of the service booked. If a client NO SHOWS any appointment, they will automatically be charged the FULL AMOUNT of serviced booked. To avoid any charges please give us ample notice to better accommodate your appointment request. Thank you!
